Snagging, second-fix joinery, wall decoration and handover making-good. Each has a published deposit. Open a service for what the visit actually covers, or send a quote if the job still needs scoping.

Guide prices scale with the size of the job — the flat deposit only covers what fits in 4 hours. Not sure? Request a quote and we will call you with a realistic price first.

How a job runs

Visit first, extra work only if you agree.

1. You tell us the job. Choose a service and pay the deposit, or send a quote with the postcode. We agree a visit date afterwards — payment does not pick the day.
2. We attend for up to four hours. That visit is what the deposit buys. If the listed work fits, that is the full price for this job.
3. Anything extra is quoted. Remaining amount = quoted extra labour + quoted extra materials. Decline the quote and nothing further is due.
