This rate covers skirting/architrave only: a typical room's run (12–16 linear metres ≈ £220–290) plus easing or making good one or two doors in the same room fits the £420 visit below. Several rooms, more doors, or a full-house second-fix usually needs more than 4 hours — request a quote first.

£380 for decoration and wall finishing at the UK address you supply. That is a deposit for one visit of up to 4 hours of preparation and decoration on the walls or ceilings you described. It is credited in full against that job.

UK market rate for prepared wall/ceiling decoration (two coats, standard trade paint) is genuinely priced per m² — this is a real, comparable unit for this job. If more work is needed after the included visit, we send a written quotation first. It shows the hourly rate, estimated extra hours and any materials. Extra work starts only if you accept that quotation.
A visit date is agreed in writing after payment, subject to access and a UK postcode we can reasonably serve. Payment does not reserve a clock time on the day you pay.
