Snagging and completion close-out£350.00
£350 for snagging and completion close-out at the UK address you supply. That is a deposit for one visit of up to 4 hours on the outstanding completion items you listed. It is credited in full against that job.
Joinery and second-fix finishing£420.00
£420 for joinery and second-fix finishing at the UK address you supply. That is a deposit for one visit of up to 4 hours around doors, frames and timber edges. It is credited in full against that job.
Decoration and wall finishing£380.00
£380 for decoration and wall finishing at the UK address you supply. That is a deposit for one visit of up to 4 hours of preparation and decoration on the walls or ceilings you described. It is credited in full against that job.
Handover making-good£320.00
£320 for handover making-good at the UK address you supply. That is a deposit for one visit of up to 4 hours of punch-list making-good before keys, a tenancy or sale photographs. It is credited in full against that job.

Any remaining amount = quoted extra labour + quoted extra materials. The deposit you already paid is credited in full and is not charged again. If you do not accept a later quotation, remaining amount = £0.

If more work is needed after the included visit, we send a written quotation first. It shows the hourly rate, estimated extra hours and any materials. Extra work starts only if you accept that quotation.

A visit date is agreed in writing after payment, subject to access and a UK postcode we can reasonably serve. Payment does not reserve a clock time on the day you pay.

Cancel within 14 days of payment unless the included attendance has been fully performed at your request. Refunds are made through PayPal within 14 days of a valid notice. Full conditions and the standard cancellation form: Cancellation and refunds.
