Decoration and wall finishing
The plaster is on, or the old paper is off, and the rooms still look unfinished. We prepare and decorate the walls or ceilings you name — filling, making-good and a proper paint finish — within the included visit.

- Making-good after other trades, ready for decoration
After the visit
Paint choices for any extra rooms or further coats are confirmed in writing if the first visit does not close the house.
£380 pays for one decoration visit of up to four hours on the surfaces you describe. A whole-house redecoration usually needs a follow-on quotation. You only pay that extra if you accept it; the £380 stays on the account.
On the visit
- One visit of up to 4 hours of preparation and decoration on the surfaces in your order
- Making-good of filling and surface defects during that visit
- A written note of remaining decoration, with a price if more work is needed

- Heritage or listed-building consents
- A full-house redecoration beyond the included 4 hours, unless you accept a later quotation
