Handover making-good
Someone is about to take keys, sign a tenancy or photograph the house for sale, and the finish is still patchy. This visit is a punch-list: the practical items that make the place presentable, done in one attendance.

- Making-good after a tenant has left, before the next occupancy
After the visit
If the punch-list is longer than one visit, we say so in writing with a price for the rest. Access and occupied rooms are agreed before we come.
£320 is the deposit for one handover visit of up to four hours. Paying it does not lock a calendar date; we agree the day once we have the address and access. Extra hours, if needed, are quoted separately and only charged if you accept.

- A practical sequence for that visit
- A written note of remaining making-good, with a price if more work is needed
