Joinery and second-fix finishing
Second-fix joinery is in, yet doors bind, architraves sit off the wall or skirtings stop short of a finished edge. This visit is for lining that timber up and making the junctions liveable — not for building furniture.

- Doors and frames that still need lining, easing or finishing
- Skirtings and architraves with open ends or uneven reveals
- Timber edges left raw after a renovation
After the visit
You get the joinery we could finish in the visit, plus a note if a second attendance or extra timber is needed.
£420 covers one joinery-finishing visit of up to four hours. If a door set or a run of skirting needs more than that, the extra labour and materials appear on a quotation you can accept or refuse. The £420 is credited either way.
On the visit
- One visit of up to 4 hours of second-fix finishing around doors, frames and timber edges
- Alignment and making-good of visible joinery junctions during that visit
- A written note of remaining joinery, with a price if more work is needed

- Hours beyond the included visit, unless you accept a later written quotation
