What we collect

If you send a works quote request we store the finish need, property type, postcode, optional notes, name, telephone number, optional email, privacy acknowledgement, optional marketing choice, and any advertising attribution parameters present on the page. If you pay a published retainer we collect name, email and UK address so PayPal can complete the payment with the address you supplied. Optional comments on the Pay form are not sent to PayPal. We do not collect payment card details on this website.

Payments are processed by PayPal UK Ltd, not by a card form on this site. For some routes PayPal may involve PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. When you continue to PayPal you leave this website and PayPal’s own terms and privacy notice apply to the payment. We do not keep an order journal on this website; who paid is visible in PayPal Activity.

Why we use it

We use request data to consider whether we can quote and to contact you by telephone (or email if you asked for that and provided an address). That processing is based on steps needed to respond to your request. Optional marketing contact is used only if you ticked the separate marketing box.
